String Tops

With the cord / pull-off spinning top, the spinning top is usually held by the ring and the pull-off cord is quickly pulled off. Since the string unwinds at the end, you have to let go of the string at the right moment, shortly after the end, and set the spinning top down when the tape has rewound.
On some models, the spinning top is held with a handle and the string is pulled off completely.
Due to the high rotation speed, very long running times are often achieved.
