CS219 - Tumbler

A tumbler is a spinning top with a very high center of gravity.
This makes it very difficult for it to straighten up when spinning.
While the body of the spinning top rotates more or less on the spot,
the ends of the spinning top's axis describe a circular path.
A very beautiful, dance-like effect.
The difficulty lies in the fact that the top must spin very quickly.
