B420_4 - "Uno-Minuto" the one-minute meditation top

 This small spinning top made of nickel silver is ideal for a short meditation in between.

The meditation already begins with concentration on the optimal throwing technique. The spinning top stabilises and then seems to stand still, so calmly does it run on the smooth mirror.
I have achieved a running time of 4 minutes with this spinning top, on a mirror, so 1 minute should be doable for you. A little training is an advantage. Size approx. 14 x 32 mm
